You can find the menu Notifiers in the left hand side menu under the Configuration section:
Let's set-up an EMAIL notifier. Once you're in the Notifiers menu, just click on E-Mail in order to have access to the email notifier page. From here you can see the notifier already created, and obviously create a NEW notifier.
From this page you can also amend the notifier created in terms of:
Add to system Alert the notifier created can be added to the System Notifier, those ones will receive notification in regards system issue, such as:

Name the notifier name
NOTE: the Enable check box is been created to give the user the opportunity to create several notifiers and then deactivate / activate them on request without having to create and delete them all the time.

All the notifiers created can be used for multiple purpose anywhere in the Dashboard.
The first use we cam have is to set the notifier for systems alert clicking on Add to system Alert the notifier created can be added to the System Notifier, those ones added here will receive notification in regards system issue, such as:
