Welcome back to our tutorials, with AI-Dash PRO is possible to include even more information on your chart with our function Calendar which allows you to add event of interest, such as a special offer or adverse weather condition etc., on your chart in order to improve the explication of those. This notes can be schedule in many different ways.
Let's see in more details what we can really do
In our Configuration section from the left hand side menu we can select Calendar to get access to it. You can visualize the calendar in Month, Week, Day and List view. Hence you can schedule your notes linked to events of interest in any specific time frame you wish!
From the Calendar page you can choose:
Once the company and the location are been selected, you can choose to visualize your calendar in many ways in order to better satisfy all your needs in terms of notes planning for your events.
Adding a note on the calendar is very easy, all you need is select, for example, few days simply with the mouse by clicking and scrolling across the days you wish to select.
By selecting the dates a pop-up menu will be open and you will be able to Add a Note!
From here you can add all the information related to the note you're creating, in particular:
Once all the fields are filled, hit ADD and you will visualize the note on the calendar, which will be showed in different colors depending on the chosen category
Let's now see how a note looks like on a Chart! From the Charts menu simply select the type of Chart would you like to generate and make sure that in in the temporal resolution range is included your date/period of interest and the have a look at the results:
as you can see now your date/period of interest is highlighted on the graph which will give you a even better explanation power to it! Also if you pass with the mouse cursor on top of the blue area (date/period of interest) the title of the note will appear.
PLEASE NOTE the only graph type a note won't be shown is the PIE one.
